Q. Can anyone be hypnotized?

A. Yes, but only if they want to be

Q. How will it feel to be hypnotized?

A. Every person is different. Some people experience a leaden feeling, a feeling of being heavy and relaxed. Some people say they feel like they are floating, light as a feather. Some people express other lovely feelings - all positive. What everyone does agree though is it is the most relaxed they have ever felt, and a lovely feeling that they want to repeat again.

Q. How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is individual, so this depends on the problem. Some people may only need a single session, other may need several.

Q. Will I give away secrets?

A. No absolutely not. You will not say or do anything that you do not want to.

Q.How do I know I will wake up from hypnosis.

A. No-one has ever remained in a hypnotic state longer than is required. Even if something happened to the therapist halfway through a session the client would come out of the trance once the therapist rapport was broken

Q. Are there any side effects from hypnosis?

A. Only beneficial ones. Feelings of being more relaxed, less stressed, and positive feelings about the problem you initially sought hypnosis for.
